Having any renovation work done in your home can be daunting and our aim is to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible by sharing our knowledge to guide you through the process. We offer a complete concept-to-completion service.
We listen, discuss, design and then manage the renovation from start to finish. You will have one point of contact and we will arrange all the necessary trades and services, from a portfolio of skilled tradesmen that we have long standing relationships with. We believe that everything is in the planning so we will always aim for as many decisions as possible to be finalised prior to work commencing. This also allows us to provide an accurate and detailed quotation accordingly.

We are excited to hear about your project so please contact us and tell us all about it.
Once we have an understanding of the project and established that we can be of assistance, we would recommend for a site visit to take place. This enables us to see the property and setting. It will also allow us to get to know you and listen to your thoughts and requirements further. A detailed survey would take place which allows us to accurately start the design work following the discussions about your particular requirements.
With the information gathered the initial design work will start and very often we find that there might be a couple of viable design options to discuss. We would either share our initial design thoughts with you face to face in your own home or arrange for a virtual meeting to take place to explain our design ideas and together establish which design to further develop.

Following the survey and the initial design meeting the agreed plan will be prepared with detailed elevation drawings together with the quotation.
The presentation will take place in your own home with moodboards and samples to show you how we can turn your dream kitchen, bathroom or interior concept into reality.
Proceed with works
Once you are happy with the design details and the budget is signed off, we can get started organising the work to take place. .
An installation date will be agreed and all necessary trades and materials are programmed and organised in accordance to our schedule, prior to any work commences.
Our approach is to set honest and transparent schedules. Communication is key so you would of course be fully informed prior and during the renovation project.
